SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We are a proudly Australian brand, with our design studio and offices based in Melbourne. All our products are shipped from Melbourne.

Items in stock will be dispatched within 5 working days. If an item is not in stock, we will do our very best to have this made especially for you. In this case, it may take up to 14 days for shipment of your product. Items are shipped to physical addresses only. We authorise Australia Post to leave parcels without signature.

Australia:
Standard shipping: 3 - 5 days metro areas / up to 14 days for regional areas
Express shipping: 1 - 2 days metro areas / up to 10 days for regional areas

Free standard shipping is offered on orders over $350.

New Zealand:
For orders sent to New Zealand by standard shipping, a flat fee of $25 will be applied to orders under $400.
Free standard shipping is offered on orders over $400.

Should you wish us to ship to any other country, please contact us for courier expenses. Where we ship globally, local customs, duties & import taxes may apply, the cost of which is the sole responsibility of the customer. MoyoMoyo is not responsible for paying or reimbursing the customer for any local customs charges. Please allow up to 21 days  for delivery for international orders.

 

By accepting our terms and conditions upon placing your order, you agree that MoyoMoyo is not liable for any delay in delivery. These are estimated delivery times only, and we are not able to guarantee them. MoyoMoyo is not responsible for any delays in delivery of your parcel. Once a parcel leaves our premises, we are no longer liable for loss or damage to your parcel in transit. Free standard delivery is offered as specified above. You can also choose express delivery if you need your item urgently. Express shipping charges will be applied.
